Each set comes with 2 handle holders and a matching steel bar. This set is easy to use, as the steel bar has pre-drilled holes for installing the handle holders. The bar supports and reinforces the structure of the bag. These handle holders are versatile and can be used with regular bag chains, leather straps, or webbing straps.
