Return Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase; however, should you wish to return your order for a refund, please note we will accept returns sent back within 14 days of receipt of your order. 
 
Please ensure the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging, leather must not be altered in any way. Returned machines must be unopened and unused. If refurbishment is needed on a returned machine a restocking fee may be charged.
 

Refunds: 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and refunded to the original form of payment excluding shipping cost.
 

Non-refundable:

All special orders, final sale, clearance items and shipping fees are non-refundable. we can not approve leather that has been split for a return, because splitting is a specific request.
Made on Jupiter is not responsible for lost packages due to address errors.
 

How to return your order:

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please contact Customer Service for assistance.
