Togo leather is made from the hide of a baby calf or calfskin, so it is slightly lighter and holds shape much easier. Togo leather was introduced by Hermès in 1997. Togo is the perfect leather from when you’re looking for a leather that’s easy to maintain. Its exterior is characterized by a soft pebbled finish that feels smooth yet very grainy and veiny. This veining can be more or less profound depending on the particular batch of Togo from which the leather is made. We offer a brilliant array of color options to choose from with an exceptional level of consistency. All of the Togo calf leather feature high-quality, chrome-tanned natural grain hides.

Love it
This is a nice piece of leather, just what I was looking for. I have been handling leather of varying quality for several decades, so I know the good from the not so good. I cut the whole piece into strips to make belts for myself and clients, and this is high quality, well prepared leather. I have no doubt that it will be last many years if properly maintained.
